At KittySupps, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new look. If your apparel doesn't fit or feel quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original KittySupps tags attached before placing them in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
